Who we are

UnclaimedCash.ai (a You Noah Guy Corporation company) is an independent asset location service. We are not affiliated with the California State Controller's Office or any government agency.

What we collect

• Through the chat: your name (including prior or business names you share), the states where you've lived or worked, prior addresses you choose to share, and your email or phone number.
• We do not ask for Social Security numbers, bank details, or payment information in chat. If a claim moves forward, identity documents are handled later through a separate, secure step that you approve.

How your information is used

• To search official state unclaimed-property databases for property that may belong to you.
• To prepare documents (search results, fee agreements, claim instructions) for your review and approval.
• To contact you about your file. A human reviews and approves every outbound document before it is sent.

AI processing

Our chat specialist and research agents are powered by Anthropic's Claude models. Your chat messages and file details are processed through Anthropic's API to provide the service. We do not use your information to train AI models.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to process your claim (for example, with the state agency holding your property, at your direction) or when required by law.

Retention and your rights

• Chat transcripts not tied to a claim file are deleted automatically after 7 days.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@unclaimedcash.ai.
• California residents: under the CCPA you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request deletion, and to opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information). We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
